Biography 

Trinity Hatchett is a Law Clerk and Scholar Program Coordinator at The Hatchett Law Firm, PLLC., where she supports the firm’s Probate, Estate Planning, and Guardianship matters, as well as coordination of the firm’s student scholar development program.  

Trinity is committed to serving clients with compassion, integrity, and excellence. During her sophomore year summer of undergraduate studies, she clerked with the Honorable Judge Jason Cox in Harris County Probate Court Number Three, gaining practical experience in probate administration. Additionally, as a former collegiate tennis player, she brings focus, discipline, and a strong work ethic to her legal work. 

Trinity is currently pursuing her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where she is the President of the Probate, Guardianship Law, Estate Planning, and Trusts Society (PGLETS), and active member of the Thurgood Marshall Legal Society and Women’s Law Caucus. Trinity participates in the Wills and Alternatives to Guardianship Clinic offered by the Mithoff Pro Bono Program at the University of Texas School of Law and frequently mentors students considering a career in law.
